If the internet has taught us anything, it's that 1) people never get tired of funny cat pictures and 2) there's no such thing as a stupid question when it comes to computers. Apple computers are signifigantly easier to use and maintain than anything else on the market. But an air of mystery and secrecy surrounds Macs un-necessarily. They are just computers – very straightforward and organized computers – but computers all the same.
Thru my work, I get asked thousands of Mac-related questions. Some of the simplest sounding questions I've found have non-obvious answers. So I've decided to collect and record the best, the most basic, and the most esoteric questions so that they might be a reference or help to others, especially those of you who are just starting out. I learned the ropes of networks and computers by reading reference web sites during the slow hours at work, so thru this site my goal is to create a resource like the web sites that I myself learned on.
